Gary McGowan

Gary McGowan is a leading national provider of arbitration and mediation services. During the last 21 years, McGowan has devoted his professional life to serving as a neutral and has arbitrated over 70 matters, in 51 of which he was panel chair or solo. He has mediated over 2500 cases. Specializing in complex, high-stakes disputes, his practice has taken him to the major US cities, Canada, and UK. An attorney for over 30 years, McGowan practiced business litigation for 16 years, most notably as a founding partner of Susman, Godfrey & McGowan, a highly successful boutique business litigation firm.
