William Shelby McKenzie

Shelby is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Taylor, Porter, Brooks & Phillips, LLP. He has over 42 years of experience as a litigator, with extensive experience in higher education law representing major university. Shelby represented insured and insurers in insurance coverage litigation and handled many industrial claims, including major toxic tort class action litigation. He represented banks, companies and individuals on matters involving commercial, construction and contractual issues. Additionally, he has experience litigating both contractual and personal injury claims in the petroleum industry.
