Barrye Panepinto Miyagi

Barrye is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. She has more than 17 years of legal experience and practices in the areas of mediation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution and litigation. Her mediations have involved a variety of parties and issues ranging from two-party casualty and insurance cases to eighty-party toxic tort long-term chemical exposure cases. Barrye has successfully settled hundreds of claims each year as the lead negotiation attorney in a toxic tort group of six attorneys at Kean Miller. Barrye’s experience as a corporate defense lawyer allows her to bring a unique perspective to the mediation and arbitration process.
